Discussing Your Needs
We begin by understanding your expectations and requirements. Our consultant also assesses the potential of the space where the playground will be built, its intended use, and presents you with the best-suited solutions.
Design Development
Once the general concept is agreed upon, we start the design process. You will receive visualisations, 2D or 3D designs – this is when you’ll see how the finished playground will look! The design naturally takes into account the site conditions, safety zones, and all relevant standards.
Playground Production
Time to bring the design to life! Your playground is crafted in our technology park in Koszalin, where our specialists oversee every single detail. We use our innovative technologies and strictly adhere to environmental protection principles during production.
Quality Control
Fun with Buglo must be safe – we make no compromises in this area. All of our devices undergo an internal inspection immediately after production to ensure it meets all standards and can be safely used.
Installation and Service
The big day has arrived – your playground will be installed in its final location, and soon it will be filled with the sound of children’s laughter. Our experienced installers can handle any terrain and challenge, ensuring that all equipment is set up with a precise attention to detail, so it can be enjoyed safely.
Certification and Safety
In addition to our internal inspections, our playground equipment is also checked by external institutions. Every product has obtained a certificate compliant with European standards EN 1176:2017, issued by TÜV SÜD and Rheinland Polska. This is a confirmation of the highest safety.
Warranty
The ultimate test for our equipment is, of course, intensive play. If anything causes you concern during use, or if any damage occurs, please let us know. All of our equipment and playgrounds are covered by the warranty, under which we will fix any issues so the fun can continue uninterrupted!
