The Municipality of Żory decided to breathe new life into Staromiejski Park, creating a space that would attract residents and encourage them to spend time outdoors. It was essential that the new elements harmonised with the park’s natural character and addressed the needs of various user groups.
In the park, we installed equipment from the Robinia Play series, made entirely of robinia wood – a material that perfectly blends with the surrounding greenery. Children can enjoy a set with a slide or swing on the swings, including an inclusive swing that allows both children with disabilities and those without to play together.
The Old Town Park has gained a new play area that seamlessly blends with its landscape. With the addition of the new playground, it has become a more family-friendly place, offering children the opportunity for active play and providing adults with a space to relax amidst nature.
